A non-contact boxing-based program for people living with Parkinson’s disease. Launched in 2016, this program is designed to support both motor and non-motor symptoms through guided, adaptive training.
While it’s not a cure, moderate to vigorous exercise has been shown to support quality of life for many people living with Parkinson’s. Our sessions include movement drills, boxing fundamentals, balance, breathing and motor-language work in a safe, motivating environment.
