PROGRAMS (Cards)

In Tandem (Older Adults 50+)

Group fitness + cognitive skills-based boxing classes designed for older adults and seniors.

This program blends non-contact boxing with brain-and-body exercises that help build:

  • New movement patterns (motor skills)

  • Agile thinking and better focus

  • Balance and stability

  • Social connection and motivation

Flexible levels, year-round entry, join anytime.

Grizzly Strides (Parkinson’s-Specific)

A non-contact boxing-based program for people living with Parkinson’s disease. Launched in 2016, this program is designed to support both motor and non-motor symptoms through guided, adaptive training.

While it’s not a cure, moderate to vigorous exercise has been shown to support quality of life for many people living with Parkinson’s. Our sessions include movement drills, boxing fundamentals, balance, breathing and motor-language work in a safe, motivating environment.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Built for healthy aging and functional independence

This preventative and early-intervention approach is ideal for:

  • Older adults (50+) who want to protect their mobility and cognitive health

  • Seniors who want a safe, social training routine

  • People wanting structured support for balance and confidence

  • People who want to stay active, engaged and independent

Where suitable—and with internal screening and guidance of your family physician—we may also include training opportunities for individuals who are at risk for or diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment, early-stage dementia, or other age-related conditions.

Healthy Measures

(Baseline + Progress Tracking)

Your health journey should be measurable.

Our Healthy Measures service sets a baseline upon arrival and tracks progress with post-evaluations, including:

  • Fitness and endurance

  • Mobility and flexibility

  • Balance and stability

This helps refine your goals under the guidance of a licensed practitioner—and can help keep you and your physician informed.
